Well, now I'm kind of sad. My official chip time was 35:33. So I was better than March of last year but now I'm worse than a few months ago.
I guess I haven't lost all that much though. I could probably gain it back pretty easily.

Have you tried Hill training? or fartlek?
I used to find 5k's hard to improve on until I started running 10ks. Maybe you could take it up a gear?
No, I haven't really done much beyond "let's run this distance".
I should do more advanced training, though, because I just signed up for the Long Beach Half Marathon (in October).
I woke up this morning wondering what I must have been thinking.
:) I signed up for a half which I completed in march I think. It was HARD work motivating myself for evening running in the cold dark, but really really worth it when I crossed the finish line.
